Acceptable stay, some drawbacks.

convenient location good atmosphere stylish hotel rude staff increased tax frustrated staff member
The location is convenient for accessing transport. A short walk leads to many restaurants. The entrance courtyard has a good atmosphere. The hotel is stylish.
The room service staff acted rudely on one occasion. I called to request some items. One staff member seemed frustrated when I stated my room number. The tax payment increased significantly after I booked.

the lighting was horrendous in the rooms. rooms are dark, so it was ridiculous. i had to ask for a spare light just to put on make up. they didn't have bedroom slippers or bath robes.

optional housekeeping constant disruptions
i was annoyed to find that housekeeping seemed to be optional. i had to specifically request the room to be cleaned. this felt cheap for the price i paid. also, the noise levels were frustrating, especially in the courtyard. there were constant disruptions. it felt more like a co-working space than a relaxing hotel.
